一、助學對象：申請者科系不限，只要赴荷蘭學習與環境及永續能源等相關領域。
二、獎學金額：碩士生每名新台幣25萬元，獎助名額則視當年度申請情況調整。
三、申請期限：即日起至4月30日開放申請。
