The opportunities and risks of AI in digital transformation: Data Privacy and trust
Teaching has been an immense privilege throughout my career. I have had the honor of teaching at Harvard University and providing guidance to graduate students' capstone projects at UCLA. Beyond these institutions, I have served as a professor at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC). My professional journey aligns closely with my research interests, including reflective leadership, AI & data privacy, and engineering entrepreneurship. I also invented a leadership development program and employed qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methodologies to measure the impact of these initiatives on managers. With an unconventional path has afforded me a diverse range of skills and experiences. I have founded several startups. I actively participate in data privacy management using AI technologies, which aims to protect the civil rights of the U.S. citizens. Additionally, I engage in social services and, alongside my wife, co-founded a non-profit organization that offers free meditation courses in the U.S., Taiwan, and the U.K.
