本次講座聚焦於全英語教學 (EMI) 情境下的大學課堂中，跨文化議題與 Z 世代學習者的互動方式。透過分析 Z 世代作為獨特文化群體的特質與需求，本次研習將探討如何調整教學策略，促進有效溝通與學習成效，提升全英語教學的品質與效能。

講師簡介：Jennifer Weaver is currently an advisor to EMI(English-as-a-Medium-of-Instruction) professors and faculty at National Cheng Kung University in Tainan, Taiwan. Originally from Idaho, Jennifer started her professional career as a TV Reporter after graduating from Northwestern University.
She has taught English for 25 years and, since receiving her MA in Intercultural Relations, has taught Intercultural Relations/Communication/Operation for 10 years working with academic and professional learners from more than 50 countries, including teaching Intercultural Operation at the University of Jordan in Aqaba. Her training and research interests focus on intercultural issues, use of team/pairwork, classroom engagement and management, and helping instructors develop competence in working with Gen Z learners and using social media and other tech as a teaching tools.
